Acceptable Use Policy

Last Updated: June 12, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of the Rendaa architectural visualization platform, API endpoints, and associated services. We expect all users to respect intellectual property rights, legal standards, and community guidelines.

Approved Asset Types

Concept drafts, SketchUp snapshots, viewport views, clay models, floor plans, facade drawings, and material reference photos owned by you or licensed for commercial rendering.

Prohibited Content

Illegal assets, copyright-infringing materials, non-architectural images, non-design materials, and media containing explicit, harmful, or violent imagery.

1. Intellectual Property Guidelines

When uploading building layouts, sketches, and drafts, you must ensure you have the full legal rights to do so.

  • Do not upload design concepts or files that belong to another firm or architect without their explicit written consent.
  • Do not upload images containing licensed design components that you do not have permission to modify or render.
  • Rendaa respects copyright. Infringing accounts will be subject to content removal and termination.

2. System and API Integrity

To ensure platform stability and fair computational access for all architects:

  • Do not run automated scripts, scrapers, or browser automations to trigger rendering endpoints unless using an authorized developer API token.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract model weights, neural pipelines, or proprietary rendering weights from our service.
  • Do not exploit credit mechanics, payment channels, or webhook integration systems to bypass legitimate payment.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We monitor asset uploads and generations using automated tools and manual reviews to enforce these terms.

If your account is found to be in violation of these guidelines, we reserve the right to:

  • Delete offending rendering sessions and generated outputs.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate account access.
  • Forfeit remaining credit packages without eligibility for a refund.
