1. AI Generation Disclaimer

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate images and videos. While we prioritize architectural fidelity and design preservation, AI-generated outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unintended variations.

Generated outputs should not be considered:

Construction documents
Engineering documents
Regulatory approvals
Technical specifications
Professional architectural certifications

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before using them in professional, commercial, engineering, or construction-related contexts.

2. Ownership of Uploaded Content

Users retain all ownership rights to architectural designs, images, renderings, drawings, and other content uploaded to the platform. The platform does not claim ownership of user designs.

By uploading content, users grant the platform a limited license solely for the purpose of providing requested services, including processing, rendering, storage, and generation of outputs.

3. Credits, Payments and Refunds

Credit-Based Service

The platform operates using a credit-based system. Credits may be purchased through available payment methods and used to generate images, videos, or other services offered by the platform. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable between users unless explicitly permitted by the platform.

Credit Consumption

Credits are consumed immediately when a generation request is successfully submitted for processing. Credit consumption may vary depending on output type, resolution, quality level, video duration, and other generation settings. The applicable credit cost will be displayed before generation whenever possible.

Successful Generations

Once a generation request has been successfully processed by the platform, the associated credits are considered used and are non-refundable. This applies regardless of user preference regarding the output, artistic differences in generated results, or style variations inherent to AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing generation settings before submitting requests.

Failed Generations

If a generation fails due to platform errors, infrastructure failures, processing interruptions, or system malfunctions, the consumed credits may be automatically restored to the user's account. The platform reserves the right to determine whether a generation qualifies as a failed generation.

Refunds Policy

Due to the computational resources consumed when processing AI generations, purchases of credits are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payments, billing errors, or technical issues preventing service delivery. Approved refunds may be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Subscription Plans

If subscription plans are offered in the future, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Cancellation does not entitle users to refunds for previously billed periods.

Promotional Credits

Promotional credits, bonus credits, trial credits, or complimentary credits have no monetary value, cannot be refunded, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may expire at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Suspensions

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after receiving services may result in account suspension, account termination, revocation of generated assets, and legal recovery actions where permitted by law.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify credit pricing, generation costs, subscription pricing, and available plans at any time. Pricing changes will not affect completed purchases.
