Refund Policy

At Rendaa, we strive to deliver state-of-the-art architectural AI rendering. Because our services consume substantial GPU and computational infrastructure resources in real time, we have established a clear and fair refund policy.

Failed Renders: Auto-Restored

If a render fails due to a system error, network interruption, or server-side failure, the consumed credits will be automatically returned to your account balance immediately.

Completed Renders: Final

Once a render has successfully generated and been delivered to your dashboard, the credits are consumed. We do not refund credits for completed renders based on artistic preference or stylistic variations.

How Credit Consumption Works

When you submit a design viewport or draft image, our backend allocates high-performance GPU instances to process your inputs. Credits are deducted from your balance when processing begins.

  • Image Renders: Deduct a fixed amount of credits per generation.
  • Video Walkthroughs: Deduct credits dynamically based on output resolution and frame duration.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that mistakes happen. While credit packages are generally non-refundable, you can request a manual refund under the following circumstances:

  • Billing Errors: Double charges, incorrect transaction amounts, or issues where a package was paid for but never credited to the account.
  • Service Outage: Severe platform failures preventing you from accessing or using purchased credits over an extended period.

In these cases, please email us at [email protected] within 14 days of the purchase date. Include your invoice ID, account email, and a brief description of the issue.

Unused Credits

Credits purchased as part of packages do not expire as long as your account remains active. We do not offer cash refunds for unused credit balances or change of mind after purchasing packages.
